The Intertropical Convergence Zone remains active over the country. Additionally, a low-pressure system located in the nearby Pacific Ocean will continue to favor the flow of moisture toward the country. In the afternoon, scattered showers with thunderstorms are expected in the North, Central, and South Pacific. Scattered showers will occur in the North and the Caribbean mountains. Rain and isolated showers with thunderstorms are expected in the Central Valley. During the night, there is a high possibility of continued rain in the Pacific. Light rain and occasional drizzle are also possible in the North and Central Valley.
