General comment

During this Saturday, an unstable atmosphere and high water content will continue. On the other hand, the Trade winds will be accelerated in the early morning and will decrease in intensity during the morning. These conditions favor greater cloudiness and rain in the national territory. For the early morning, rain is expected in the Southern Caribbean, isolated rains in the Northern Caribbean and Northern Zone. Part of these rains may enter the mountains to the north and east of the Central Valley as drizzle. In the morning period, these rains are expected to continue in the Caribbean, presenting partial to total cloudiness. During the afternoon there will be showers with a possible thunderstorm in the Central Pacific and South Pacific, in addition, isolated rains may occur in the mountains to the north and towards the center/east of the Central Valley and mountains of the Caribbean and Northern Zone. Rains are not ruled out towards the end of the afternoon on the Nicoya peninsula. Part of the rains may extend towards the early hours of the night in the Central Pacific and South Pacific. During the night, variable cloudiness between little to partial is expected for most of the national territory.
