The arrival of Tropical Wave 3 this Wednesday will create an unstable environment, which, combined with local factors such as morning warming and the arrival of sea breezes, will facilitate the occurrence of rain. Partly to mostly cloudy conditions are expected during the morning, with scattered showers possible in the Caribbean and northern regions. This afternoon, showers and thunderstorms will occur in the Pacific, the Central Valley, the northern mountains, and the Caribbean. Afternoon showers may extend into the early evening hours.
