Weather forecast
Wednesday, April 30, 2025
The Intertropical Convergence Zone is beginning to show increased activity and is moving closer to Costa Rica. This will favor a humid and unstable outlook, leading to cloudiness and precipitation. Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy conditions will prevail throughout the country this morning, with possible rain in the early hours along coastal areas of the Central and South Pacific, as well as the Southern Caribbean. Cloudy conditions are expected to develop in the afternoon, which will lead to isolated showers and thunderstorms in regions of the Central and South Pacific, the Nicoya Peninsula and surrounding areas, and the Central Valley. These are possible in coastal areas of the Pacific at night.
