Tropical Wave 1 will pass over the country on Tuesday, beginning with instability in the early morning hours, with scattered showers in the northern Caribbean and northern parts of the country, and isolated showers along the southern Caribbean coast. Later in the afternoon, showers with thunderstorms will occur in the Central Pacific, South Pacific, and the Nicoya Peninsula. The Central Valley will experience rain in the east, with showers and thunderstorms in the west.
