Weather forecast
Saturday, May 03, 2025
The proximity of the Intertropical Convergence Zone to our country favors a humid and unstable atmospheric pattern, and combined with daytime warming, will once again lead to a rainy day in various parts of the country. Variable cloudiness and muggy conditions will continue in the morning due to warm temperatures and humidity. In the afternoon, rain is expected, with thunderstorms and downpours around the Nicoya Peninsula, the Tempisque Valley, the Central Pacific, the South Pacific, and the Central Valley. Isolated showers are also expected in the Caribbean mountains and the northern zone. The rains will continue into the early evening toward the Pacific plains and especially toward the coast.
