Onda tropical #26 la madrugada del viernes
6 de agosto de 2020
5 p.m.
Diagnóstico: La onda tropical #26 se ubica a esta hora en el oeste de Panamá, y estará ingresando al país durante la madrugada del viernes.
Pronóstico: Debido a esto, existe la posibilidad de lluvias dispersas en el Caribe durante la madrugada y primeras horas de la mañana del viernes. Se embargo, se prevé que, durante la tarde, la inestabilidad de la onda refuerce las lluvias en las regiones del Pacífico y en el Valle Central.
Advertencia: Especial atención en las Penínsulas tanto de Nicoya (Pacífico Norte) como de Osa y el Valle de Coto (en el Pacífico Sur); además de la Cordillera de Guanacaste (por la región de la Zona Norte) y en el Valle de Parrita (Pacífico Central); debido principalmente a lluvias de ayer que han generado saturación de suelos para este día.
Debido a lo anterior, el IMN recomienda:
- Precaución en zonas con vulnerabilidad a inundaciones por saturación de alcantarillado.
- Refugiarse en un sitio seguro en caso de escuchar tormenta eléctrica o percibir fuertes ráfagas de viento cerca de las nubes de tormenta, así como precaución por posible caída de ramas de árboles, tendido eléctrico entre otros.
