Informative Meteorological Warning
Low pressure without cyclonic potential
November 18, 2023
12:00 p.m.
Diagnosis: This Saturday the low-pressure system showed less organization towards the northeastern outskirts of the Caribbean Sea, which is why the National Hurricane Center (NHC) completely dismissed it in its development.
Forecast: The low pressures typical of the Intertropical Convergence Zone remain, both in surrounding regions of the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific, this in the South of Central America, maintaining it active and with contribution of humidity from both sides. The Convergence Zone will gradually reduce its effects on the country between the weekend and the beginning of next week, but they will still continue with scattered variable rains on the Pacific slope (See Meteorological Warning of the day: Meteorological Warnings - IMN).
